Remodel at Bay View
This project consists of a full-scale remodel of an existing two-story single-family residence featuring four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The home will undergo a complete interior and exterior renovation, allowing for a comprehensive redesign of the space, systems, and finishes.
The remodel includes reconfiguration and modernization of all living areas, with the main living room and kitchen located on the upper level to maximize functionality and views. All structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be upgraded to meet current building codes and modern performance standards.
Exterior improvements include the construction of a new swimming pool and the addition of elevated lanais on the upper level, providing expanded outdoor living and entertainment spaces. The project emphasizes high-quality craftsmanship, durability, and contemporary design, resulting in a fully transformed residence that blends comfort, functionality, and modern living.
